Abstract:

In the article the authors investigated the use of municipal property and its demand. The analysis and justification of existing approaches of efficiency of use of municipal property is given. Tendencies and features of use of municipal property are allocated. The causes of unclaimed municipal property were identify. The transition from commercial to socially-oriented approach in the use of municipal property is proposed and justified. A model of the use of municipal property on the basis of a socially-oriented approach has been developed.
