Abstract:

The author, based on the understanding of the complexity and polyvariance of the content of the term shadow economic activity (abbr. SEA), formulated in the article a key statement of methodological importance about shadow economic activity as a historical category. The author tried to answer the following questions. When does shadow economic activity arise? What was the vector of its evolution? Why is shadow economic activity reproduced?
