Abstract:

An organizational and financial mechanism of functioning of direct investments regional funds under consideration is aimed at increase of investment attractiveness of certain regions of the Russian Federation, activation of investment processes and attracting direct foreign investments into the national economy. RDIF (the Russian Direct Investment Fund) is to become the key clusterforming financial instrument, providing reconstruction and modernization of the key sectors of regional economy.
