Abstract:

The experience of the development and application of a simplified methodology for assessing the motives of students created with the active participation of first-year students during the experiment to introduce the project form of education in the university is presented. The method is based on the assumption of the relationship of career guidance and basic motives of Junior students. The results of evaluation of the basic motives of students of different specialties is received. The connection between the structure of basic motives and the manifestation of subjectivity of members of student teams, as well as the results of project activities is revealed.
