Abstract:

In the article the interrelation of social audit and social partnership is analyzed. The primary goals of the social audit integrated into the social partnership system are defined. Social audit is considered as a tool of the social partnership system aimed at the social responsibility of business to the society and social partners, protection of the workers rights and regulation of the social and economic relations through mechanisms of the social partnership system.
