Abstract:

In Sweden education, science, technologies are well-developed. In the conditions of limited resources these particular factors allow the country to achieve stable success in many fields. Russia with its resource advantages holds a weak position. The analysis shows that the country’s development in accordance with an innovative scenario is to be started with improvement of educational system while simultaneously forming stable economy, attractive for national and foreign investors. The role of the country in the conditions of participation in WTO is to create necessary motivations for innovative development of national enterprises.
