The approach to functional strategy developing in conditions of introduction of innovation enterprise management methods is considered. Basing on the example of Hartmann-Rico, a.s. enterprise (Brno, the Czech Republic) of Paul Hartmann AG Concern the article detects and classifies the problems arising in the course of implementation of Lean Production conception. The article defines the consequences of these problems influence on business-process management and also presents the ways of their elimination in the process of formation of a focus strategy of process costs and expenses reduction.
