Abstract:

Over the past 20 years, China has experienced significant economic growth, which has allowed the country to become one of the key participants in the world economy. This article describes the experience of reforming the system of strategic planning of China; the stages of scientific and technological development and the characteristics of each of the stages are given; the complex system of state planning and management of scientific and technological development is represented; the state programme of scientific and technological development are characterized; some suggestions for using the experience of China in the Russian practice of planning and management of scientific and technological revolution are made.
