The policy adopted by the Russian state to create a digital economy is the main strategic objective of our country's development. The program of digitalization of the economy is a complete reformatting of all spheres of life of the Russian society. In this regard, the problem of adaptation of an individual to the conditions of a rapidly changing world, the external environment to accept the challenges and threats of uncertainty and risk that inevitably accompany a person throughout his life, becomes even more urgent in the digital environment. The article is devoted to the identification of positive and negative implementation of digital and platform technologies consequences for the individual and her quality of life. It is concluded that along with the undoubted positive results of the widespread use of information technologies in the life of society, there may be problems of philosophical and psychological nature, in particular the problem of identification and self-identification of a person in the digital information world.
