The emergence at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries of the creative economy predetermined the appearance of a new direction in the theory of intellectual capital, which took shape in the concept of intellectual and creative resources. The article discusses one of the fundamental provisions of this concept – the phenomenon of creative energy. The second section of the article is devoted to a brief overview of the creative energy model, according to which this type of energy is identified as the creative actions of the individual. In addition, the author of this article proposes for practical use the model of creative energy as a measure of information interaction, and also gives this type of energy a new definition within the framework of the model proposed by him. The paper describes the mechanism of information interaction existing according to the developed model, arising during the flow of creative processes, and also discusses the main theoretical, practical and economic aspects of the proposed model. Conclusions are drawn about the prospects of using the creative energy proposed model for developing approaches to managing the intellectual and creative resources of enterprise, as well as to assessing the economic efficiency of structural and human types of intellectual capital.
