Innovative development of Russia requires certain knowledge and skills in the field of digital economy, so the education system should change and be focused on the acquisition of digital skills for personal use of citizens and for their professional activities. In this regard, the issues of formation of basic and professional skills in the field of digital economy with the use of various models of education are of particular relevance. The article describes the formal, non-formal and informal models of learning, the principles of implementation of these models are formulated, the directions of obtaining digital skills from different positions, such as: the interest of the student, the use of knowledge, methods of obtaining knowledge, the interest of the parties, the form of training, are formulated. The criteria of assessment of digital skills, knowledge, abilities from the position of interest of the student and application of knowledge are offered.
