Abstract:

The Authors considers the problem of innovative development of industrial enterprises. The main attention is paid to labor mobility of personnel, the problems and positive trends of enterprises cooperation in the sphere of technological transformations are also reflected. The effect of labor mobility for donorenterprises and recipient-enterprises is considered. Herein the recommendations for developing labor mobility as the basis for innovative transformation programs in the industrial enterprises are given.
