Abstract:

The analysis of the factors of competitiveness in the labor market allows us to conclude that in recent years the emphasis on the formation of competitive advantages is shifting more and more from traditional factors to new ones. The author of the article proposes ways, in which you can create a new barrier of entry to the market, reduce the cost, improve quality, build the most acceptable competence, to form a sustainable and long-term competitive advantage
