Currently, the Russian Federation is conducting an intensive state policy to attract talented young professionals in the field of science, high technology and higher education. This often does not take into account such important factors as the ability of young professionals to work in creative fields and their internal motivation for scientific work. The main emphasis is on the creation of additional jobs and their quotas for young people, as well as on the non-market regulation of the system of scientific grants. The article presents the results of scientific research in the influence of the structure of the motivational complex on the success of work in the creative fields of work. Particular attention is paid to the impact on this process of the power of the motives of energy saving, gender differences and age characteristics of labor behavior.
