The relevance of the research problem due to the fact that the force of objective circumstances Russia should move in the direction of formation of a postindustrial economy and at this point in history other alternative for it does not exist. One of the "generic properties" of the post-industrial system are the network of relationships that not only represent particular ways of interaction between market participants, but also encourage the latter to transform efficiently. The article attempts to show the peculiarities of adaptation of Russian economy and its actors to a network form of interaction, given the specificity of the network product, based on the parameters of the network economy and taking into account appearing in its terms effects. The main result of the study is that the work substantiates the formation in the domestic economy of a hybrid space, that is, when the established "rules of the game" established norms of behavior of economic entities, the network becomes a supplement to traditional relations and its relevance alongside the formal networks continue to demonstrate the informal network.
