Abstract:

The article deals with the main elements of the internship organization process as a tool for youth employment in modern conditions. The author systematizes the main problems of the organization of practice-oriented education of students in terms of organization and practice, which are confirmed by the results of the study of the level of professional training from the position of graduates. The author has developed a mechanism for the implementation of the regional project "Practice-internship-employment", including student work and internships as a social lift for young people in the region. The implementation of this project will allow a comprehensive approach to the problem of practical training of students in the formation of professional competencies and develop new forms of interaction with employers in order to prepare competitive professionals for the economy of the region.
