Abstract:

Today a level of innovative activities in Russia is one of the lowest in the world. Under current conditions, when a competition for markets and resources becomes more and more sharp, the process of transfer of Russian economy to an innovative way of development is of prime importance. This, in its turn, requires solving the issue of financing of the innovative activities.
