The article presents the results of the study of the developed model of the influence of trust. The structure of the formation of trust relationships in the implementation of business projects, which includes three mandatory and sufficient elements: a sense of emotional and psychological trust (EPT), business (BT) and investment and financial (IFT) trust, is given. It is shown that in the case of employee-manager relationships, basically, there is the following sequence of formation of trust relationships: EPT-BT-IFT. A logical connection between the emergence of trusting relationships and the equivalence of levels of creative energies of specialists engaged in the implementation of a particular business project is presented. The model of interaction of specialists in the preparation of innovative production system for its industrial operation is considered.
