Abstract:

The Author’s determination of a strategy of an enterprise innovative development is presented. Significance of selection of an adequate and correct strategy for achievement of economic stability is grounded. The Author proposes to use an algorithm of selection and grounding of innovative development strategies, consisting of 7 stages and allowing not only to select the correct strategy, but to timely adjust it depending on changes of a current situation.
