Abstract:

In modern Russia, the implementation of innovative strategies of enterprises plays an important role for the involvement of business entities in the innovation process and ensure their interaction with other entities in the information and network economy, which determines the importance of the introduction of a strategic model of innovation activity management based on system design through a developed model of knowledge, which reflects the basic concepts and logical relationships, as well as the formed database. Thus, we can talk about the need to move to the methodology of management of innovative development of business structures based on strategic management, the initial stage of which is to develop a strategy for innovative development of the enterprise and increase innovation activity, which will allow the enterprise to be competitive in modern conditions. The model considers the problem of integration of computing power, intellectual resources and physical processes and their impact on the decision-making process to provide common tools for the development of other cyberphysical technologies for managing network interaction and decision-making in business entities and the economy as a whole.
