Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problem of development of engineering as an integral part of investment and construction activities, allowing to solve specific practical problems in the field of planning and implementation of investment projects. The subject area of engineering of investment and construction activities, taking into account the main stages of the project, is studied and formulated, the system of relations between the participants of the investment and construction process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as methodological documents and codes of practice in construction, is considered. It is shown that it is necessary to develop and improve the mechanisms governing the relationship between the participants of engineering activities. A model of relations between the participants of engineering activities is proposed, taking into account, among other things, the influence of subjects playing the role of infrastructure support.
