Abstract:

The purpose of the article is to identify problems in the implementation of social projects in Nigeria and make recommendations to improve the impact of social programs. The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the African region was considered on the example of American companies in Nigeria. The analysis showed that the adoption of legislation in the field of CSR and the development of a unified concept of social projects will help to improve their efficiency. Also, the article formulates a number of measures, the application of which in practice contributes to the development of CSR projects in Nigeria.
