Abstract:

The Author reflects a role of a regional HEI in solving issues of social and economic development of a region under international tendencies. Interactions of educational establishments with representatives of a business community, which promotes a scientific-technical progress, fullfillment of intellectual potential of students, increase of the students competitiveness on the labor market, are described. Efforts of the state in cooperation of HEIs and enterprises that leads to an economic growth in the region and social welfare are characterized.
