Abstract:

The article is devoted to the actual problems of the use of public-private partnership in the development of regional infrastructure. The mechanism of public-private partnership will allow to solve the state problems on transition of Russia to innovative socially-oriented type of economy, creation of modern regional infrastructure, without spending considerable means from the budget, and to provide high quality of the entered objects and their effective use. Low availability of social and industrial infrastructure is one of the main reasons for the low efficiency of the Russian economy.
