Abstract:

The article analyzes the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of water use in order to identify tools that have an impact on economic entities. The normative legal acts on water use in the context of ecological and economic instruments are analyzed and structured. The similarities and peculiarities of the established legal acts in the regions of Russia within the framework of ecological and economic regulation of water use are highlighted.
