Abstract:

This article deals with the employment of persons with disabilities, their labor integration into economic processes. The level of employment of persons with disabilities remains insufficient, and labour protection guarantees are inadequate. The paper investigates the legal basis of employment of persons with disabilities, identifies recommendations aimed at their labor integration, the interaction of economic entities and persons with disabilities, the social effect of the involvement of such labor force.
