Today, any territory (country, region, city) is committed not only to improving and maintaining their positions from the point of view of the internal environment. But he also thinks about how to get further development, from the point of view of the external environment. Providing a certain level of attractiveness of a particular territory – this is a possible way to resolve the situation. Since this topic is quite relevant in our time, this article is devoted to the study of such a phenomenon as "the attractiveness of the territory." On the basis of the study, the authors formulated the concept of "attractiveness of the territory" and developed a model of attractiveness of the territory. "Polygon of territorial attractiveness", according to the authors, is one of the ways to obtain information about what factors form the attractiveness of a particular territory.
