Abstract:

The article describes the trends in the development of the contract system in Russia, as well as the experience of the public procurement system in the United States and the UK, highlights the main features of the contract systems of different countries. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the current contract system in Russia and other countries in order to identify effective mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of public procurement.
