Abstract:

Housing and communal services is an extensive non-production sector of the national economy, which provides a safe and comfortable living environment for residents of Russia. Russia is actively working on the modernization of the entire housing sector. The most important results of modernization should be as follows: a significant improvement in living conditions of the population, improving the quality of housing and communal services to consumers, ensuring regulatory requirements for the maintenance of the housing stock. To ensure high quality of housing and communal services it is required professionalism and the introduction of innovative solutions for effective management activities.
