The article is devoted to the consideration of best practices in the implementation of the concept of lean production in the activities of a large Russian company. The work on reducing the operating costs of the organization by implementing the principles of lean production is analyzed. The applicable ways of the staff involvement in the implementation of the concept of lean production are reviewed, the approach to replication of successful projects already implemented in other divisions is indicated. The results obtained during the implementation of the concept of lean production are demonstrated by examples. A proposal is put forward to develop a mechanism for calculating the economic effect of the implementation of large projects of lean production, taking into account the need for subsequent adjustment of the budgets of the costs of the recipients of the economic result. The direction to improve implementation of managerial technologies on the implementation of lean production is indicated.
