Abstract:

One of the most pressing issues of the innovation economy in Russia and in the world is the creation of artificial intelligence systems. This direction is in demand in almost all areas of public life, but there are certain obstacles to its development. The article analyzes the volume of investment in the field of R&D of patent activity in the field of artificial intelligence and big data, analysis of the volume of the market of artificial intelligence in Russia and foreign countries. Based on the analysis, the authors identified the main problems of creation and implementation of artificial intelligence, which are currently faced by Russian and foreign scientists, including in the field of higher education and legal regulation. To resolve these problems, possible solutions are identified. The proposals given by the authors of the article will reduce barriers to the development of artificial intelligence systems in Russia and increase innovation activity in the educational and business environment.
