Abstract:

This work is devoted to the labor market of highly qualified specialists of India and BRICS countries. The concept of the labor market, occupation, skill level and specialization, ISCO skill level, the causes and impact of brain drain of highly qualified personnel and a comparative analysis between developed and developing countries and the BRICS group from India are discussed. This work reveals the problems and level of brain drain in India, as well as the role of Indian immigrants abroad.
