Abstract:

The article presents the main results of the development of mortgage lending in Russia for 2014-2016. the current state of the mortgage market in the current socio-economic conditions in the Russian Federation is Analyzed. The review of key market indicators for the last few years is presented. At the moment, interest rates have decreased compared to the previous year, in this regard, the minimum interest rates in banks have been analyzed. The mortgage programs with the most favorable conditions and preferential mortgage lending are considered.
