Abstract:

A model of a circulation of biosphere resources as the result of usage of intellectual and creative resources of noosphere as a basic source for information and material support of economy is presented in the article for the first time ever. A role of information ethics and confidence in the development of a piece of information in creating and production of tangible commercial products, forming an objective world as a condition of life support and existence of a human, is shown. A role of utilization of the objective world as a process of returning into the biosphere of its resources, used for production purposes, and also irretrievably lost wastes as a result of production of environmentally uncovered products and materials, is reflected simultaneously.
