Abstract:

Strategic approaches to innovative management taking into consideration a management level and investment opportunities of different organizations of a regional building complex are considered. Distribution of innovations and innovative processes on the basis of a real financial and resource base and classifications of them according to a number of typical signs: substantive structure, level of development and prevalence, novelty, purpose and life-cycle phases is proposed.
