Abstract:

In this paper, the analysis of food supply in St. Petersburg is conducted. The most stable commodity markets are determined. Proposals have been prepared to determine the boundaries of food security in St. Petersburg for the main types of products, taking into account import substitution. The main criteria of achievement of safe borders of food security of the city are revealed.
