Abstract:

The article proposes a model for optimizing the goods flow with a high-level risk. The model provides for the formalization of the procedure for dividing the goods flow transported across the customs border to goods with a low and high-level risk. The model formalizes the process of formation by the risk management system of the criterion for dividing the goods flow into the specified parts. Its application ensures the maximum for the current situation of reducing damage to the state due to violations of customs and other laws when moving goods across the customs border.
