Abstract:

Researches on development of a forecast of a social economic effectiveness of higher education taking into consideration inertial and innovative variants of an economy development of Russia are presented. The Author demonstrates a detected consistent pattern of reduction of complex indicator of the social economic effectiveness of higher education in case of inertial variant of development, and vice versa, its growth under the innovative variant of development.
