Abstract:

In the course of studying the problems of formation and prospects of development of the single market of organic products of the countries of the Eurasian economic Union (hereinafter – the EAEU), the need for a diverse study of regulatory and legal support for the development of organic production and circulation of organic products within the EAEU at both national and supranational levels, the task of increasing the export potential of organic agriculture in the EAEU is emphasized. It is proposed to develop proposals for supranational coordination of the policy of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union (EAEU) in the field of regulation of organic agriculture in order to ensure the smooth circulation of organic products, to formulate common approaches in the legislation of the EAEU countries to increase the export potential of the countries. It is noted that the laws should promote the production and export of organic products, and not put barriers.
