The article presents the results of the study, the purpose of which was to conduct a cluster analysis of enterprises in the sphere of agricultural tourism and their identification in accordance with the structure of income, as well as the study of the most important factors of the effectiveness of the use of limited resources and the levers of increasing the business activity of enterprises in the sphere of agricultural tourism. A characteristic feature of the assessment of the economic condition of agricultural tourism enterprises is a sufficiently large number of indicators that form multidimensional vectors. As a result of the study, we have found that enterprises, which are dominated by income from agricultural production, show low efficiency, both in the main type of activity and in the implementation of tourism potential. Enterprises that specialize exclusively in the production of a tourist product do not reach the maximum indicators of the realization of their tourism potential. And enterprises that combine almost equal shares of agricultural and tourism activities occupy an intermediate position in all performance indicators.
