Abstract:

The summary. Development of internal business (intrapreneuring) in the company appears an effective remedy of increase of its operational efficiency with a view of ensuring competitiveness, both production, and the company as a whole. Considerable reserves in this direction contain in updating of a contro system by the company and system of the measures directed on disclosure of creative potential unclaimed now of workers.
