Abstract:

The authors present a modelling procedure of effectiveness assessment of the development resources management of an enterprise. The index of development potential is offered, it allows to define prospects of the organization with a high degree of accuracy. This index takes into consideration continuity of functional processes and has a high flexibility and reliability. The publication is meant for heads of companies and firms and the readers who are interested in learning about the opportunities which allow the organization to grow and have an increase in the efficiency of administrative actions.
