The article discusses the features of labor relations in the sphere of culture in the context of contemporary socio-economic situation, characterized by a decrease in the standard of living of the population and require a qualitative change in the approach to the main aspects of the philosophy of life. Based on the analysis of contemporary economic and social conditions it is noted that the basic law in the nature of a living organism, open Charles Darwin: adapt and survive – is key in managing myself, family, organization and enterprise, which is also true for professionals working in the field of socio-cultural activities.
