The main goal of the management algorithm is adaptation to the market environment and launching an impressive mechanism, taking into account the optimization of processes. The article emphasizes the principles of modern management and the realistic orientation of integrated management. Management policy should be directed to practical realization of strategic directions and social-political aspects in the relevant liability zone. American and German value descriptors are set out – cultural-psychological and managerial paradigm in relevant companies. Thus, democratization of management ensures social motivation that is reflected in the development of rationalism. As a conclusion, it should be noted that cultural and worldview liberalism is largely responsible for the quality of management.
