Abstract:

The influence of increasing motivational and resource contradictions on the economic growth of the economy and entrepreneurship is indicated. The significance of social justice as the most important growth factor is indicated. The problems of economic development of Russia and the possibility of their solution are considered. A chain of alternative concepts of enterprises that determine the choice of tools for their socio-economic development in a changing unstable market space is presented. The role and influence of motivational, communication and behavioral factors on ensuring a positive trend in the development of unstable enterprises (businesses) are indicated. It is important to develop tools for managing the interaction of the parties to the relationship on the principles of a socially just and balanced distribution of the benefits and benefits obtained between them with a priority focus on strengthening the social vector of development. It is pointed out the need to strengthen regulatory impacts from the state, focused on strengthening the social vector of development of subjects in the socio-economic system to stabilize their market position and strengthen competitiveness. A new understanding of the economic nature of a stable equilibrium of an unstable business entity in a developing system has been proposed. The influence of the presence of contradictions and their resolution on the implementation of positive transformations and ensuring economic growth is indicated. A model of managing a stable equilibrium of an unstable working entity in a socio-economic system oriented towards resolving motivational and resource contradictions in the interests of economic growth has been developed.
