Abstract:

The article describes the concept of "occupational health" from the perspective of the researchers and describes the main socio-psychological factors that impact on occupational health officer: occupational health and viability. Employees with high professional well-being have positive attitude to work, more efficient and as a consequence longer retain productivity. The results of empirical research of professional health of teachers confirmed the existence of a link between mental health and professional well-being (satisfaction, professional achievements, professional growth, positive relations in the team) and resilience.
