The article raises the question about the semantic aspects of the team, poorly covered in scientific papers. Complex and atypical nature of the tasks that the team requires joint solutions. One of the most important aspects of semantic dynamics during collaborative problem solving and education collaborative thinking activity is masloobraznaya. Features of meaning have a significant impact on the formation of a common semantic Foundation team – the most important structure governing it. The authors examine the individual strategies of meaning and come to the conclusion that a positive semantic dynamics in the team and contribute to such strategy, the choice of which is based on the high level of meaningfulness of life. Under conditions of joint mental activities of meaning-making takes on a special character, as there is a need to coordinate their meanings with other members, make contributions to a common semantic Foundation. In the conclusion the authors conclude that the characteristics of the formation are important factors in the success of team activities and interaction.
