Abstract:

The authors focus on the problem of self-regulation of student’s psychophysical well-being in a healthy environment in the MSTU. N. Uh. Bauman. The relationship between the indicators of self-regulation and the psychophysical well-being of students is revealed. The necessity of the introduction of different areas of learning self-regulation skills of students in the Universities. The study shows that specially organized psychological sessions affect the formation of the optimal level of self-regulation necessary to maintain the health of students while maintaining the level of activity activities.
