Abstract:

In this context it becomes relevant the questions assessing the satisfaction of students, their academic motivation and reasons for leaving the university. The purpose of this article is to generalize the results obtained in the course of conducting the expert survey of teachers of the Financial University on various aspects of the educational process of their professional activity. The survey involved 151 teacher that is 10% of professorial-teaching staff of the university. The results obtained indicate that respondents commit more importance to the internal factors of academic motivation of students, which corresponds to the features of the new digital generation. In addition, teachers would like to improve their teaching. The obtained results can be used to develop measures to improve the educational process and system of university management.
