The formation of qualified human resources is the most important direction of modern socio-economic development of territories. The imbalance of educational programs and actual staffing requirements leads to loss of personnel potential of the territory a significant proportion of the economically active population. In this article, the author analyzes the directions of spending funds in the framework of the social responsibility of business in the territories of presence. The main problem that was posed by the author to determine how to maximize the business involved in the solution of problems of reproduction of highly qualified human resources. Tracked trends in the work of the representatives of the largest industrial companies in Russia with young people living in the territories of presence. As a result of data analysis it can be concluded that the representatives of the business is under investment in vocational education understand the work exclusively with our own employees, while working with young people is to carry out sports and cultural programs.
